Our Refund Policy

1. *Deposit Policy*
– A non-refundable deposit of TBA on site is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your slot and offsets preparatory costs, including the purchase of materials and scheduling of resources.
– By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. *Cancellation Policy*
– Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice will allow the deposit to be applied to a future service or refund
– Cancellations made with less than TBA on site notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as services, resources, and materials have already been allocated.

3. *Force Majeure Clause*
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, the deposit will be carried forward to a new agreed date.

4. *Allocation of Costs in Case of Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice)*
– The incurred costs include, but are not limited to:
– Materials purchased specifically for the project (e.g., coating, compound, pads).
– Subcontractor costs (e.g., preparation work already initiated).
– Labour costs for scheduled days of work.
– Administrative fees, including coordination and postage expenses.
– These costs will be deducted from the deposit or recovered as necessary.

5. *Future Arrangements*
– In the event of a short-notice cancellation, the remaining balance from the deposit (if applicable) may be applied toward future services at our discretion.

6. *Disputes*
– Any disputes regarding cancellations, costs, or deposits will be handled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
